CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION REFUND CONDITIONS

GENERAL:
If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you shall be deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales contract offered to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased.

The shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, shall be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or entity at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and together with documents such as warranty deed and user manual, if any.

If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing of this situation within 3 days when the seller is aware of this situation. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the Buyer does not pay the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller is no more obliged to deliver the product.

SHOPPINGS MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If, after the delivery of the product, it is found that the credit card, which was used by the buyer for payment, is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return to the SELLER the product subject to the contract within 3 days, with the shipping cost at the expense of the BUYER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE PERIOD DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the period, the Buyer shall be notified of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them and will not accept receipt of the damaged and defective goods / services such as dent, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and solid.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer agrees and declares that he cannot use this right after making the payment for the order he has made through the site.

EVENT OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The BUYER agrees, declares and undertakes that if he goes into default in cases where he makes payment by credit card, he shall pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the card holder and the bank and that he will be responsible towards the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies, demand the costs and counsel’s fee from the BUYER and in any case, if the BUYER goes into default due to its debt, the BUYER agrees that he shall pay the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
